Out Of Memory issues with very large stats.json

Our repository has a lot of entrypoints, therefore out stats.jsons are several GBs big.

We're seeing OOM errors like this in our repository: https://github.com/rspace-os/rspace-web/actions/runs/24142437994/job/70448731190?pr=725

Any ideas on how we can fix this? Ideally using GitHub Actions runners but we have options to move elsewhere if needed.
