should throw SQLException if the passed columnIndex is invalid, not ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException

This PR introduces a new SQLServerPrefetchedResultSet class that implements a JTDS-style approach to result set handling by caching row data in memory and providing a comprehensive type conversion system.
